  1. Artwork & Products

Original Artwork

  • All original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
  • Each original is sold once only.

Limited Edition Prints

  • Limited edition prints are produced in strictly limited quantities, as stated on the product page.
  • Each print may be:
    • Numbered (e.g. 5/50)
    • Signed by the artist
    • Supplied with a certificate of authenticity (where stated)
  • Once a limited edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted in that size or format.

Due to screen settings, colours may vary slightly from the final printed artwork.

  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are shown in GBP (£).
  • Prices include VAT where applicable (or VAT is not charged if not registered).
  • Payment is taken at checkout via secure WooCommerce-supported payment providers.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
  1. Dispatch & Delivery
  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
  • Items are packaged carefully to protect artwork in transit.
  • Dispatch times are shown on product pages.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photographs of:

  • The artwork
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage
  1. Returns & Cancellations

Returns are handled in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and WooCommerce standards.

  1. Copyright & Usage Rights
  • All artwork remains the copyright of the artist.
  • Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.
  • Artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
  1. Care of Artwork

Once delivered, the artist is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper handling
  • Framing or mounting
  • Environmental conditions (light, humidity, heat)
  1. Liability
  • Liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights under UK consumer law.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
